Delivery

Training is delivered based on three models: a. Public courses: The OHS Practitioner Development Programme is presented as a public course at our training venue, Oppi Stoep, in Centurion. Learners come to Centurion for their contact sessions approximately once a month then go back and apply the theory in the workplace. This application is then captured in a portfolio of evidence for assessment purposes. b. In house courses: All training can be presented as in house courses at clients, provided the client can provide eight or more learners per session. Learners complete the theory and are then also expected to apply that in their work places and depending on the assessment requirements, complete a portfolio of evidence for assessment. c. Blended learning: All qualifications are presented on a blended learning basis where learners attend contact sessions, but the bulk of the work is covered in a correspondence mode. Learners are also expected to compile portfolios of evidence for assessment purposes.
