Even though SAACOSH qualifies as an Exempted Micro-Enterprise and is therefore considered a Level Four contributor, we are striving to achieve the requirements for a Qualifying Small Enterprise as we believe we would very soon fall into that category.

Currently twenty-six percent of the members interest in SAACOSH is in the hands of previously disadvantaged individuals, with a one third vote at member meetings.  Aspects like management control, employment equity and skills development are also well developed and on target.
